Dice To Flowers

Basic effect: This novel trick uses a large sized black die (3 3/4" by 3 3/4"). The die is tapped on its sides to prove it is solid, then it is placed into a crystal clear plastic box (approximate size is 4" square) the die is clearly visible on all sides. The die and clear box,  with a hinge lid, are made of heavy plastic.

The box is then covered momentarily with a handkerchief (not included with prop) and when the handkerchief is removed the die has vanished entirely and the clear box is full of flowers (not supplied with prop). These can be handed out to audience members. many things instead of flowers could also be used. Anything that will fit inside the die can be used. A huge load of silks, spring flowers, sponges, latex items, ribbons, etc. could be produced or a big red shiny apple or a real orange, or a batch of candy. You could also produce a small animal such as a hamster or white mouse but the animal needs to be well trained so it will "stay put" while you prepare the die offstage before your performances. Another option would be to produce live gold fish for an incredible mini aquarium production. 

Another idea would be to tie this effect into a Die Box routine.

The nice apparatus makes it easy to do, and the effect is absolutely amazing!
